Dr. Belkowitz
Dr. Belkowitz is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care since 1973, with a special care concentration for his glaucoma patients.
He studies medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical Center and served his residency at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He was chief of ophthalmology at the US Munson Army Hospital at the Army Command and General Staff College, in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
Dr. Belkowitz is a member and former Chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse and also holds appointments as Clinical Associate Professor at Upstate Medical Center, Community General Hospital and St. Joseph’s Hospital.
